Order Processing

• A 20% advance payment is required to confirm all orders.

• Once your order is confirmed, production begins immediately.

• A sample or work update may be shared for custom orders before final completion.

Delivery Timelines

• Formals: Estimated delivery within 6-8 weeks.

• Heavy Formals & Bridal: Estimated delivery within 8-12 weeks.

• Custom Orders: A delivery timeline will be shared at the time of order confirmation based on the design and craftsmanship required.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on design complexity, handwork, and fabric availability.

Shipping Within Pakistan

• We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and destination.

• Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide.

• International shipping charges and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be communicated before dispatch.

• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Information

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• As most Aláya pieces are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

• Aláya is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
